Job Description
You’ll make an impact by
- Coaching of on-programme apprentices through their apprentice journey from induction to preparation for End Point Assessment
- Agreeing a programme of development and assessment, setting realistic but challenging goals that meet learners’ and employers’ needs
- Carrying out effective and timely learner reviews
- Liaising with employers, colleagues and others to support learners’ development
- Signposting appropriate support, give timely feedback on progress towards mastery of relevant skills and knowledge
- Providing access to pastoral support and guidance
- Having a pro-active approach to embedding Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values
