Job Role

Consultation Calls to engage with international clients providing them with valuable information about our medical providers services.

WhatsApp & Chat Support; our process is not all about calling! The third of your day will involve chatting with clients and ensuring they get the necessary information.

Job Requirements

Fluent English speakers engaging with our international clients.

3 years experience as a telesales representative.

Medical experience especially dental is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience working in the call center industry is a must.

Cooltempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone

Education level bachelors degree is required

Maximum age 35 years.

Fixed Morning Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM.
