We are looking for a highly motivated Team Architect Powerful Analytics(gn). The position is available immediately at our headquarters in Hasselt Belgium. The position is available on a fulltime basis.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Architect to join our product development team. As a Team Architect you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction and ensuring the architectural integrity of our software solutions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including developers a Product Owner a Scrum Master and a QA Engineer to deliver innovative and robust software products.

Your Role

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Lead the analysis design and implementation efforts within the product team ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
• Provide senior guidance and mentorship to frontend and backend developers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy of the company.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality scalability and maintainability.
• Work closely with the QA Engineer to establish testing strategies including test automation and validation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Your Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a software architect or technical lead in a Scrum/Agile environment. Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Angular.
• Solid understanding of software design principles architectural patterns and development best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with database technologies particularly Postgres. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools preferably GitHub.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud native development preferably on AWS. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully leading technical initiatives and driving results.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning with a proactive approach to staying abreast of advancements in technology.
