About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web3 Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining backend services for our Web3 applications. You will work closely with other developers product managers and stakeholders to build scalable secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services for Web3 applications.
• Design and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum Binance Smart Chain or Solana.
• Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Optimize and maintain existing codebases.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in blockchain technology and Web3 trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript TypeScript Python or Go.
• Extensive experience with blockchain technologies and platforms (e.g. Ethereum Binance Smart Chain Solana).
• Strong understanding of smart contract development including Solidity or Rust.
• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and nonfungible tokens (NFTs).
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
• Previous experience working in a startup or fastpaced environment.
• Contributions to opensource Web3 projects.
