Job Description
Job description: Embedded C and C Developer (Railway Domain preferable)
Experience: 37 years
Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in Embedded C and C development.
Location: Bangalore
Skills:
Highly proficient in C and C programming language.
Knowledge about MISRA C & C guidelines to ensure code safety in accordance with industry standards.
Strong understanding and handson experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) commonly used in C development.
Proven experience in writing and updating technical documents including CRS SRS and SyRS.
Familiar with CENELEC EN50128 standards or equivalent.
Strong understanding of systemlevel requirements and the ability to appreciate various flow scenarios
Experience with version control systems and issue tracking tools.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in embedded environments.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop highquality embedded software solutions using C and C.
Write and maintain comprehensive technical documents including CRS (Customer Requirement Specification) SRS (System Requirement Specification) SyRS (System Specification) and other relevant documentation.
Demonstrate expertise in managing one complete cycle of document updates ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyse and understand systemlevel requirements appreciating the intricacies and nuances of various specifications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and comprehend project requirements ensuring alignment with systemlevel objectives.
Appreciate and interpret scenarios related to main flow error flow and alternate flow contributing to comprehensive software design.
Participate in manual code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Debug and troubleshoot software defects proposing effective solutions to ensure optimal software performance.
Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the robustness and reliability of embedded software solutions.
Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledgesharing initiatives within the team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure documentation meets quality and regulatory standards.
Ensure that all documentation complies with CENELEC standards particularly EN50128 applicable to Railway domain applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/master s degree in Electronics & communication or Computer Science Engineering.
