Currently we are seeking a Programmer Analyst 3 PowerBuilder Developer for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.

Title: Programmer Analyst 3 PowerBuilder Developer

Location: Lansing MI

Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension.

Posting Summary:

• Looking for a PowerBuilder Developer and IT Analyst with a strong background
• specialized in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) and possess advanced skills in TSQL
• query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases. Day to day activities include data management
• source control (TFS/Azure DevOps GIT) unit testing documentation testing production support
• change management software development and data integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Some college preferably in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering
• or related IT discipline
• PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)
• Work in a hybrid office
• Willingness to learn

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

• Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database 10 years.
• TSQL Query Writing 10 Years.
• Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing 10 Years.
• PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) 5 Years.
• Experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps or GIT. 5 Years.

Interview Process: Interviews will be held via MS Teams. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked.

Note: Remote or Onsite: Local candidates (strongly preferred) or nonlocal (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule).

Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule which is onsite 2 days a week (Wednesdays are mandatory to be onsite. The other onsite day can be flexible
