Enterprise Architect

Role:
Lead and coordinate the overall design work for the key architecture views needed to describe the entire landscape from a business data and technology perspective at a strategic level.

Drive the work to identify the key strategic gaps in the value chain that currently exist from an architecture perspective in collaboration with EA colleagues and determine how to address them through various vehicles/activities. This is to optimize what is best for us as a whole.

Address and tackle the big and hard problems that are common across the entire value chain together with the architecture community and key stakeholders.

Ensure there are common architecture communication views of the total architecture that enable reuse.

Essential requirements:

• Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experienced enterprise architect with strong leadership abilities.
• Capable of working on strategic topics.
• Possesses domain knowledge of our core business and the value chain (more important that the person has worked with the application landscape rather than the infrastructure).
• Has led the architecture in larger initiatives ideally of a transformative nature.
• The altitude and leadership should be in enterprise architecture (not solution architecture).
