JOB Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Help in sourcing candidates using various channels such as job boards social media and networking events.
2. Job Listings: Develop and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
3. Resume Screening: Evaluate and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Data Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Connect with candidates and conduct phone screenings.
7. Administrative Assistance: Offer administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Excellent Communication Skills
Office location : Noida
Working Days : 5 Days
