Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and issues.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performancerelated matters.
Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create or coordinate professional development programs.
Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee and manage disciplinary procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
Conduct salary bench marking and participate in salary surveys.
Manage employee benefits programs and work with vendors to negotiate and administer benefits.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 57 years of HR experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
