Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect diagnose and repair vehicle issues and malfunctions
• Perform maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and brake repairs
• Conduct vehicle evaluations and assessments
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical problems
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and repair recommendations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Keep accurate records of services and repairs
• Stay updated on automotive technology and advancements
• Collaborate with the automotive team to improve service quality

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a vocational or technical training program in automotive repair
• ASE certification or equivalent
• Proven experience as a car mechanic or evaluator
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems and components
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and precision in performing repairs
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and demanding automotive service environment
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Capability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulations
