We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to drive sales in IT outsourcing and staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation cold calling client engagement and achieving sales targets
Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels and develop a robust pipeline.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT outsourcing and staffing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of 5 years in IT sales preferably in outsourcing and staffing services.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet challenging sales targets.
Knowledge of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
