Job Description
Office Location: full remote role
Working Hours: 9:00 18:00
Collaboration Type: CIM
Duration: 12 months prolongation is possible
Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be considered.
Tasks
- Managing & leading the development team
- Review specification and design documents
- Create and maintain drilldown designs
- Support team members in technological challenges
- Implementation of R&D processes for both Development and QA
- Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team
- Working closely with different interfaces like testers product owners and project managers
- Report the progress and status of the project to the stakeholder
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a developer
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader
- Indepth understanding of client/server applications
- Experience in working on webbased systems
