Recruitment Director

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Director for a position in Pasig.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in recruitment within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
• Expertise in managing highvolume recruitment for BPO niche recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Proficiency in budgeting for the entire recruitment department.
• Willingness to travel to different sites within Metro Manila and occasionally go on overseas business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing the vision and direction of the recruitment department.
• Leads and guides the achievement of key performance outcomes in various recruiting functions.
• Drives innovation and improvement initiatives.

Work arrangement:

• Morning to midshift schedule.
• Hybrid work setup involving rotating sites within Metro Manila.
