Vice President For Culture And Communication

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President for Culture and Communication Philippines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in the BPO/call center industry with a proven track record of leading a human resources department or a largescale recruitment department.

Demonstrated ability to handle labor cases and disputes.

Experience serving as the primary contact with labor counsel and external government agencies.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning.

Familiarity with Workday HCM enterprise software or similar ERP systems.

Work arrangement:

Morning to midshift schedule.

Onsite work required in Pasig.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR management.

Implementation of global policies and best practices.

Talent acquisition.

Management of labor and HR compliance.

Implementation of Workday software.

Employee engagement initiatives.

Succession planning.

Reporting.

Acting as a values champion.
