Administrative Asst TEMP TO PERM Japanese Fluency Is A Plus

Our client a major Japanese fishing equipment company is looking for a parttime Administrative Assistant in Kennesaw GA. This position has the potential to transition to fulltime employment within 3 months.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accurately enter and check data into enterprise system.
• Properly file and organize documents.
• Provide courteous and timely assistance to customer inquiries.
• Route calls appropriately.
• Call customers and provide necessary information.
• Perform basic data entry into databases.
• Keep the office clean.
• Follow supervisors instructions and complete ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Communication skills
• Japanese fluency is a plus
• Responsibility and accuracy

This is a Parttime position requiring onsite presence for 3 days per week with the possibility of fulltime employment within 3 months. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not currently offered.

Work hours are flexible with the starting time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM and ending time between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM. A 30minute lunch break is included and scheduling can be discussed.
