Position Overview:

This facility operates five days a week and produces Pepperoni.

• The pay: $23.95 to $30.80 per hour based on experience
  
• A $4K signon bonus for all new hires in increments... 3 6 9 and 12 months of employment

Key Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for troubleshooting maintaining and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures
• Must be willing to maintain troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment
• Must be willing to perform troubleshooting repairs and provide technical support for all phases of the operation
• Must be willing to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals
• Must be willing to standing walking bending stretching climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds
• Must be willing to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years
• Past experience special training and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position
• The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals
• Applicant must have strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work a rotating schedule
