Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the role of Country Manager Finland. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Operations and Revenue Officer.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the country operational plan in alignment with the companys strategic objectives
- Managing the overall operations budget and people of the Finland office
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
- Leading and motivating the Finnish team to achieve set targets
- Reporting on country performance and key metrics to the Regional Director
- Negotiating contracts and deals with local vendors and suppliers
- Representing the company at industry events and forums
- Overseeing local marketing and communication initiatives
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably within the same or related industry
- Strong understanding of the Finnish market and business landscape
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and business operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Finnish and English
- Strong negotiation and decisionmaking abilities
- Capability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
