Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations

Maintain files and records

Answer phone calls

Schedule meetings

Schedule travel, flights, hotels

Assist with financial management and accounting

Finalize documents to send to clients

Manage office supplies and hardware

Maintain relationships with suppliers

Develop and improve administrative systems

Requirements
