Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set and monitor performance goals for various departments.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with stakeholders including principals and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with partners in the UK and China regarding delivery matters.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Sales and Marketing Management
- Oversee the sales team to drive revenue and market share.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and develop strategies to attract new customers.
- Customer Service (After Sales Operations)
- Oversee the after sales operations team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
- Financial Management
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to review and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize inventory management to balance stock levels and meet customer demand.
- Personnel Management
- Collaborate closely with the HR Team to build a highperforming team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management Automotive Technology or a related field. Relevant fields might include finance marketing or engineering.
- Experience: At least 510 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent sales and marketing acumen.
- Proficient in financial management and budgetary control.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
