Manage the planning, development, execution and tracking of digital campaigns across events (FFS & JV) – including ensuring they align with events’ strategic objectives. Manage the relationship with the media agency and ensure smooth delivery of SOW and deliverables. Report on campaign performance while driving efficiencies and creating new opportunities for digital marketing. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (detailed in appendix) Digital marketing management: Develop and implement campaigns aligned with the event’s overall objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with partners to ensure smooth delivery of the campaign and alignment. Data analysis & CRM: Analyze customer journeys, interpret data to optimize campaigns and increase ROI, work closely with client to ensure the delivery of CRM related activities and website updates DIRECT REPORTS Digital specialist and senior digital specialist CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE Ensure positive collaboration between the wider marketing team and other units, to meet the event’s strategic objectives.
