Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Support Specialist. This role will focus on understanding and supporting Travelport Leisure Solutions (TLS) business operations particularly in areas involving Sabre GDS commands PNR management and automated tools utilized in the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of TLS business operations and workflows.
• Learn and utilize automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide initial support and triage for tickets related to Mid Office Automation team processes.
• Participate actively in monitoring the production environment for newly deployed processes and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience in the travel industry with a strong background in Sabre GDS commands and PNR structure management.
• Familiarity with Mid Office capabilities and systems is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to research analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and issues related to Sabre PNRs.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Organized and detailoriented with a proactive approach to followthrough and selfsufficiency.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role where Sabre GDS and travel industry knowledge were key components.
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities and a logical mindset in resolving technical and operational challenges.
