Job Title : JAVA Fullstack Production Support Tech Lead

We are looking for a JAVA Fullstack Production Support Tech Lead who will have a passion for quality innovation and automation with a keen attention to detail. This role involves developing rich client functionality debugging APIs and providing production support by monitoring and analyzing logs.

Responsibilities:

• 6 years of web development experience with a focus on React JS.
• Experience with production support including log analysis and alert setup.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java Microservices and APIs.
• Proven ability to debug APIs and identify defects.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to resolve production issues quickly.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Passion for quality innovation and automation.
• Develop rich client functionality using React JS and Redux.
• Implement web development solutions with HTML and CSS.
• Develop and debug Java Microservices and APIs.
• Identify analyze and resolve defects in APIs.
• Provide production support including monitoring and analyzing logs and setting up alerts using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Meet CSLAs and SLAs and address unforeseen challenges with a positive cando attitude.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
