As a Staffing Specialist you will play a critical role in identifying and securing top talent for our clients while enjoying a flexible work arrangement and a rewarding compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Source screen and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract highquality candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and placements in our database.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative staffing solutions.

Hard Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of staffing experience.
• Proven successful placement record.
• Strong motivation and drive to succeed.
