Salary Range: $90000 $115000 per year (based on experience qualifications and geographic location)

Were seeking an experienced Configuration Management Specialist to facilitate the operations maintenance and enhancement of our federal clients thirdparty project management software! This enterprisewide platform manages more than 20000 real estate projects throughout the country and is relied upon by more than 5000 users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define document and manage changes to software configurations and connected IT infrastructure ensuring proper documentation and implementation.
• Record and report configuration status. Conduct audits to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and manage CM tools.
• Collaborate with federal teams to manage configurations and provide training on CM processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards/policies and mitigate configuration management risks.
• Monitor CM activities for continuous improvement and support incident management with accurate configuration data when needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Security or related discipline.
• 5 years of configuration management experience in largescale IT implementations.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust with the federal government.
