Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers developing recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and indepth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs recruitment events and networking opportunities.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; Associates Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven 3 years of minimum experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent sourcing techniques including the use of social media and other digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
