We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Staffing Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

• Forge and sustain robust relationships with clients to comprehend their staffing requisites and devise custom solutions.
• Identify vet and interview candidates to confirm alignment with client needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to final placement ensuring a smooth experience for clients and candidates alike.
• Employ a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to draw in premium candidates.
• Keep meticulous records of candidate communications and successful placements in our system.
• Work collaboratively with our team to refine our recruitment methodologies and tactics.
• Remain abreast of sector trends and best practices to offer cuttingedge staffing solutions.

Hard Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in staffing.
• A track record of successful placements.
• A strong drive and determination to excel.
