POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Country Sales Head you will be responsible for driving sales growthbuilding strong customer relationships and expanding market share within country/region. You
will lead a team of sales professionals develop strategic sales plans and collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets andmaximize market penetration.
- Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming sales team to consistently meetand exceed sales quotas.
- Provide guidance coaching and support to sales representatives to enhancetheir performance and professional development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companyspresence in the country/region.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers partners and stakeholdersto drive business growth and foster longterm partnerships.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback toidentify areas for strategic differentiation and market advantage.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual sales plans budgetsand forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales data market trends and customer insights to inform strategicdecisionmaking and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes tools and methodologiesto enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers tounderstand their needs challenges and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing strategic guidance andcustomized solutions to address their business requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives to ensure ongoing loyaltyand advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing product development and other crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap marketingcampaigns and customer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the software industry with ademonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translatemarket insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of the country/regions business landscape market dynamics andcultural nuances.
