Scope of the Role
An enthusiastic and confident Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can speak with authority gather critical information and contribute to our dynamic investment operations. Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Call clients (mainly farmers in the Midwest US) from a provided list.
- Information Gathering: Ask basic questions regarding the availability of water sewer and power.
- Deal Underwriting: Inform clients that their information will be used to underwrite deals and pass this information to the team.
- Data Entry: Input gathered information into a spreadsheet (basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required).
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Must speak with confidence and ideally sound like an expert in real estate (experience in real estate is a plus but not required).
- Conversational Ability: More than just asking questions off a list; must be able to engage in confident conversational dialogue.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English skills with minimal accent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Standard Schedule: ET 10/11 am 7 pm Monday to Friday.
- Alternative Schedule: ET 10/11 am 9 pm Monday to Thursday (for those who prefer not to work on Fridays).
