Sales Team Lead

Handling the Sales & Marketing functional activities.
Responsible for planning Forecasting and implementation of sales plan.
Responsible for achieving sales targets as per plan and budget
Responsible for collection of payments and other documents from distributors / dealers
Handle customer queries interactions to build distributor relationships
Responsible for preparation of reports and documents.
Responsible for formulation and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies in the region
Meeting franchisees to drive sales and to improve customer satisfaction
Monitoring sales performance processes and activities carried out in the allocated region
Preparation of reports and other important documents
Lead and manage sales team in the allocated geographies
To provide competitive market information to reporting manager adequately to take informed market
decision.

Education & experience requirements:

MBA/PGDM Marketing from Reputed institute
Preferred Age Group 4045
Sound understanding of the tyre & retreading industry.
Proficiency in English & Local language
Ability to build rapport.
Communication & Negotiation skills.
Time management & planning.
Excellent presentation skills
