Workshop Controller

Job Summary:

Responsible for distributing the repair orders to the team members depending on skillset and specialty as well as coordinating with quality testers to conduct final checks before releasing cars to customers.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Monitor the progress of repairs and services performed by the team and adjust as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Update reception team with the status and repair time needed of each vehicle.
• Educate and instruct team member to learn and improve their mechanic skills.
• Organize and coordinate the day-to-day workshop operations & prepare all required repairs’ reports.
• Monitor the parking lot space availability and coordinate with the drivers to maximize capacity.

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar field.
