Job Description
- Ensure compliance with USGAAP and IFRS standards, maintaining accuracy in accounting data.
- Lead the transition to Workday and E-Invoicing, overseeing data conversions and ensuring accurate numbers for finance tools.
- Manage & reconcile efficient accounts balances between accounting systems and finance tools for improved reporting accuracy.
- Contribute to strategic and financial business goals, including Revenue, Gross Margin, NGOI, OPEX, and Retained Earnings.
- Oversee tax compliance, handling CIT, VAT, TP, and CBCR, while liaising with tax consultants for report preparation and managing refunds or payables.
- Lead the internal audits and SOX Reporting, Also support the preparation of 10K forms.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for analysis, identifying variances and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consolidation teams for effective accounting management.
- Respond to urgent tasks promptly, provide support, and drive innovation in reporting.
- Hold regular meetings for updates and challenges, maintain ongoing communication with tax consultants and integration team .
- Validate monthly tax reports, implement innovation reports on accounting systems, and develop accounting procedures and strategies.
