Job Description
- Ensures accurate inventory records are maintained, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at each level, quantity per each pallet and expiration dates.
- Conducts regular spot-checks of inventory levels and reports findings to the shift in charge/manager
- Maintains property security, including coordination with local authorities, to ensure safety, protect company assets, and comply with company policies
- Performs both planned and unplanned cycle counts, ensures inventory integrity
- Perform both inbound and outbound goods physical check Quality and Quantity .
- Investigates irregularities or record errors, investigates part histories to identify specification issues, unaccounted items, or possible theft
- Supports WH Managers, Auditors, inventory Team Leaders on source changes associated with inventory counts
- Performs end of obsolescence counts (supplier over-shipments, disposal of physical inventory etc.)
- Monitor the quality of operational activities according to procedures approved by top management report cases of nonconformity and follow corrective actions with the relevant department.
- Commitment to safety and environmental requirements and reporting any unsafe act or unsafe condition
