Job Title: Lead React JS Developer

Location: Irving TX USA

Contract Duration: 1 Year Hybrid role

PAY RATE: $60/hr. on C2C

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead React JS Developer with a proven track record leading and developing applications using React JS Node JS.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in architecting designing and implementing React JS applications.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and backend developers to deliver highquality software solutions.

Mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React JS development and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

8 years of experience in React JS development.

Strong proficiency in Next JS with at least 3 years of handson experience.

Experience working with ecommerce SaaSbased platforms such as Shopify BigCommerce or Adobe Commerce.

Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and related web technologies.

Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good to have experince in Stencil Development

Experience with serverside rendering and SSR frameworks.

Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
