React Native Engineer

• Write modern frontend JavaScript using frameworks and libraries such as React Redux and Immutable
• Implement new features while prioritizing user experience and modern design
• Refactor existing code and fix bugs while prioritizing stability consistency and simplicity
• Communicate and collaborate with other teams both technical and nontechnical

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience in developing webbased user interfaces
• JavaScript proficiency
• Unit testing framework integration and development
• Write maintainable code in a functional style
• Work productively in a dynamic environment
• Take ownership of your work
• Contribute to design and architecture decisions

Ideal Experience:

• Effective working knowledge of accessibility verification tools assistive technologies and accessibility standards
• Strong background in web development with HTML5 CSS3 (particularly flexbox) JavaScript
• Experience with assistive technologies across multiple platforms including screen readers magnification and readaloud tools
• Web or UI programming with an emphasis on user experience
• Current JavaScript frameworks tools and methodologies such as React Redux and ES6
• Functional programming
• Leading a technical discussion
• Git or similar tools
• Singlepage web applications
• NodeJS and serverside JavaScript
