Job Description
- Arrange the check in / out matters according to the given name list and hotel procedures.
- Record and maintain Accommodation goods and material storage, ensuring that all processes are in line with proper procedures.
- Conduct monthly storage checks and submit inventory reports as well as other related reports.
- Carry out safety and security risk checks, arrange for maintenance immediately when necessary and make patrolling records.
- Deter improper behavior that does not comply to rules, reporting to department leaders to take action if needed.
- Responsible for the sanitation in accommodation public areas, maintaining the surrounding neatness in accordance with hotel requirements.
- Check and monitor in-house team members to clean the Accommodation rooms and keep them tidy, clean and safe.
