Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. • Design and deliver learning programs that address the development needs of employees at all levels. • Identify and leverage innovative learning methodologies, technologies, and platforms to enhance learning experiences. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. • Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals. Requirements • Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer or in a leadership role in learning and development. • In-depth knowledge of learning principles and adult learning theories. • Experience designing and delivering learning programs using a variety of methodologies. • Strong understanding of learning technologies and platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Professional certifications in learning and development are a plus.
