Tasks

Leading technology audits in the bank in the area of ICT applications security resilience for IT systems data management IT operations and infrastructure using internal audit methodology and best practice designed to add value and improve the organizations IT operations / Performing IT controls in the IT processes and identify risks including AI risks / Assessing of internal controls and identification of weaknesses within the specified deadlines / Performing data analysis with the support of AI tools during audits but also for their preparation or followup / Visualization and interpretation of audit results / Evaluation of findings and identification and assessment of risks / Documentation of findings and writing of highquality audit reports documenting audit observations / Supporting and coaching of audit colleagues in the analysis and assessment accuracy of audit observations / Advising IT management on the causes of findings discussing risks and recommending solutions / Maintaining relationships with IT management recognizing concerns in the IT areas and recurring awareness of costeffective and efficient management practices / Conducting consultations in a factually structured and collegial manner / Supporting the Head of IT Audit in the evaluation of audit reports with the support of AI tools as a basis for defining a riskbased audit strategy and designing an annual plan with the assurance of operational effectiveness of controls in the IT systems / Participation and presentations at selected audit committee meetings / Further development of the audit strategy and the annual plan with the assurance of operational effectiveness of controls in the IT systems with a systematic approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management control and management processes / Benchmarking control and governance processes / Monitoring of IT trends including AI and the development of new types of risks for the banks security / Participation in situational audit projects with high risk potential.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science mathematics or engineering / CISA or CISM certification or further training such as Power BI Data Analyst SAS Certified Data Scientist Certified Analytics Professional etc. / Thorough knowledge of the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the professional ethics of IT auditors / Knowledge of regulatory requirements / Knowledge of IT risks and controls as well as IT audit methods and techniques / Very good knowledge acquired in an international bank or insurance company or on IT audit projects of Big Four companies / Professional experience with the management of IT audits / Knowledge of principles and concepts of digital transformation / Knowledge in the areas of information security and systems application controls and use of new technologies / Knowledge of process automation cloud and application program interfaces / Experience in data and analytics / Knowledge of machine and deep learning and AI (an advantage) / Analytical independent personality with a detail and qualityoriented as well as holistic view / Project manager with an organized and structured approach / Multitasking / Teamoriented as well as able to achieve goals independently / Good communication skills / Trustworthy / Knowledge of MS Office programs / Fluency in German as well as English.
