Senior Group IT Auditor

Tasks

Work closely with senior management of Group IT Audit with global responsibility / Design and develop new strategy for Group IT Audit including innovative roles for regional IT Audit leaders / Set strategy and direction for Group IT Audit activities / Act as a hub and collaborate with multiple departments simultaneously / Identify new specialist issues and trends as well as systemic emerging risks to respond more flexibly to future market situations and regulations / Continuously develop IT audit expertise globally / Lead change management for tools processes and systems / Build a highperforming IT audit function for the Groups IT audits / Design and develop functions to build a continuous learning environment / Lead and conduct risk assessments / Ensure adequate coverage of technology risks and develop innovative audit plans for IT risks globally.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree / MBA CPA CISA / Experience auditing IT systems and IT organizations in a global environment / Experience in the financial services industry (insurance or banking) in strategy design and development implementation and change management / Lead a portfolio of audits and functional reviews / Experience leading and coaching crosscultural teams globally / Ability to develop IT auditors including scoping audit reporting and meeting conversation techniques with critical stakeholders / Ability to influence leaders globally / Supportive leadership style / Knowledge of innovative technologies such as e.g. Robotics API Cloud Data Loss Prevention / Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously / Motivation through sustained positive communication (vision and strategy) / Ability to convey passion and enthusiasm / Excellent verbal and written communication / English (Group language) German (nice to have).
