Operational Risk Senior Manager

To sustain their growth they are currently hiring an Operational Risk Senior Manager in Geneva that will be contributing to the Banks operational risk and resilience framework and provide support to the existing Operational Risk Team. His work will be functional to the integration of the risk management perspective in the decisionmaking process.

Tasks

• Active participation on the Banks Operational Risk Framework including performance of test of controls and management of new project and topics
• Business Continuity Management and operational resilience framework
• Preparation of reporting to Senior Management

Requirements

• University degree (university / FH) in Finance or Economics
• 5 years of practical experience in the field of BCM Audit or Operational Risk
• Ability to weight problems and set priorities with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with various stakeholder
• Handson mentality and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to take responsibility with capability to work independently
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English
