Are you passionate about driving digital innovation and bringing groundbreaking ideas to life Join Axpos BA T&S team as a Digital Innovation Manager and take the lead in managing our widereaching digital innovation process Power Go. Youll be at the forefront of defining and implementing cuttingedge product releases steering digital initiatives across the organization and shaping the future of energy through innovative solutions.

What you will do:

• Support the management of the BA T&S digital innovation process (Power Go) and lead the idea portfolio building.
• Organize and lead idea creation events defining product strategies and visions in collaboration with senior management business and IT representatives.
• Define first product releases (e.g. MVP) and support their implementation by engaging with customers business stakeholders designers engineers and UX specialists.
• Lead projects within the defined product development phase coordinating with the tech team and leading client engagement feedback sessions.
• Deliver product development updates and organize product education sessions to drive internal and external engagement and product knowledge.

What you bring & who you are:

• MBA or Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Physics or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in the digital innovation space with over 5 years of experience and broader management experience in IT line/projects preferably in the commodity trading industry.
• Experience in managing teams and leading crossfunctional/divisional/geographical groups.
• Strong background in agile product development environments and flexible project management approaches.
• Strong relationship building collaboration and influencing skills with credibility and expertise recognized by peers and stakeholders.
• Broad commodity trading/origination business knowledge and experience in developing customerfacing applications.
• Strong IT knowledge with a focus on emerging technologies and digital product architectures.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
