Job Description
Title: Application Support Analyst
Location: Plano TX / Alpharetta GA
Duration: 6 Months contract to hire
Description:
The client is looking for candidates with Windows Desktop Support SRE incident management and good communication skills.
- Responsible for outage and incident management
- 24x7 support
- Problem solving steps
- Server restart (if applicable)
- Look into configuration
- Monitor dashboard alerts
- Anything that is critical
- Proactive monitoring and flagging
- Create dashboard for any critical tracking
- Triaging
- Create chatroom / War room
- Incidents acknowledgment
- Engage T2 as needed
- Should have basic Java Dynatrace ELK App Dynamics
