Job Description

Administrative Receptionist: Banglore

Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Administrative Duties:

Coordinate and book venues for company events and meetings.
Make flight reservations and handle travel arrangements for employees.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
Assist with document preparation including formatting editing and
proofreading.
Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
Assist with data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews
and maintaining employee records.
Assist with other adhoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience in event planning and travel coordination is a plus.
Knowledge of basic office maintenance and repair procedures is beneficial.
