Strategic Educational Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational strategies that align with our schools vision and mission. Curriculum
Oversight: Oversee all aspects of course curriculum and educational activities across multiple schools within the group.
Curriculum Development: Drive the design and implementation of rigorous standardsaligned curriculum that fosters critical thinking creativity and problemsolving skills.
Pedagogical Innovation: Champion pedagogical innovation by introducing cuttingedge teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance student learning experiences.
Professional Development: Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculum implementation instructional practices and classroom management techniques.
Assessment and Evaluation: Establish effective assessment and evaluation systems to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisionmaking. Community Engagement: Collaborate with parents community stakeholders and educational partners to build strong relationships and promote a culture of educational excellence.
Advocacy and Policy Influence: Advocate for policies and practices that promote equity diversity and inclusion within the educational system and advocate for the needs of our students and educators.
Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in Education or a related field. Proven track record of success in educational leadership roles with experience overseeing curriculum development and educational activities across multiple schools.
Deep understanding of curriculum design pedagogical approaches and educational best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
