Job Description:
As the Head of Digital Business you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our digital advertising business. You will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer. This exciting opportunity comes with significant responsibilities and challenges including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Solutioning: Have a thorough understanding of our clients businesses (KPIs key challenges user insights and digital journey). How does Digital marketing impact their business and help improve RoI of marketing investment
- Planning: Strategize plan present and implement bestinclass practices for digital media campaigns with ability to collate practical knowledge and bestpractices across digital adtech platforms DSPs biddable media platforms etc.
- Campaign Management: supervise guide and review campaigns across clients to ensure KPIs are being delivered with right amount of attention to detail automation dashboarding and regular streamlining and cadence of reviews
- Innovation: ability to grasp defining themes in the digital marketing ecosystem and conceptualize and develop innovative solutions leveraging latest tech (e.g. ChatGPT Gen AI Automation tools)
- Tool Development: work with crossfunctional teams of Business Analyst Product Process Tech and Strategy execution team to keep developing bestinclass processes & tools for growth marketing
Day to Day Work:
- Client Engagement: work closely with the client marketing team to understand campaign brief & objectives and pitch digital marketing solutions
- Team Management: work closely with team members to ensure deliverables are on track
- Business Delivery: Ensure Annual Quarter and Month business targets are achieved via close monitoring and regular reviews of pipeline at both account & campaign level.
- Plan Reviews: ensure bestinclass plan pitches are shared & executed to meet the client campaign objectives
- Partner Engagement: work closely with partnermanagement of key digital platforms across Google Meta Programmatic OTT DSP DMPs
Qualifications:
Must Have
- Experience: 812 years of total work experience with 6 years in Digital media across Branding & Performance campaigns. Prior agency experience on client solutioning & business development preferred. Proficiency in running programmatic biddable digital media campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing teams and fastgrowing businesses.
- Communication & Analytical skills: sound communication skills and analytical insights
- Digital Media Mastery: A deep knowledge of integrated digital media including planning and measurement capabilities latest innovations in the digital landscape.

- Professional Degree: Min.
