Reporting to ECommerce Key Account Manager
Role Description
To assist and support Ecommerce Account management Team in daily operations. The
incumbent will need to effectively work cross functionally with internal Finance Marketing
Supply Chain Customer Service Data Insights teams and external vendors to ensure
continuing contribution to business volume managing operations to ensure seamless and timely
execution of various Ecommerce related activities will also be responsible to manage
relationship with Ecommerce portals to ensure flawless and timely execution of various
business & Marketing activities. Data & MIS Management : Secondary Sales Pricing Report Partner Inventory report
SKU Master Support Finance Team with reconciliation of partner payments & claims settlement Coordinating with internal Supply Chain and Ecommerce portals to achieve optimal
operational efficiency
Managing eCommerce Vendor Portals for Tracking POs Price Variance Quantity
Variance Rejected Invoices Payment Advices
Content Management : Uploading & monitoring of A content on all platforms
Work with Marketing on all promotional plans and routinely update them on
progress/success
Liaise with all internal stakeholders regularly to ensure online campaign / activities
are properly identified communicated planned & executed. Analyze sell through and ensure optimum level of inventory with the partner Competition mapping of similar brands in the category and category analysis for
understanding the market trends & sales trending
Manage and deliver individual projects as assigned.
Candidate Background 5 yrs of relevant work experience
Preferably postgraduate/MBA
Stakeholder management skills Great communication and negotiation skills
