As a Team Manager at Crescendo Global you will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment consultants associates and analyst to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional results. Reporting to the Director you will play a pivotal role in driving team performance fostering a positive work culture and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with Crescendo Globals service offerings and target industries.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their hiring needs challenges and business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing insights solutions and strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
3. Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets negotiating contracts and maximizing client engagement.
Develop and implement pricing strategies proposals and valueadded services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
4. Team Leadership and Management:
Lead motivate and coach a team of recruitment consultants Associates and Analysts to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide ongoing training mentorship and performance feedback to support professional development and success.
Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients industry sectors and growth opportunities.
Implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance team performance and service delivery.
6. Strategic Planning and :
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
Monitor performance metrics analyze results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
7. Client Service Excellence:
Ensure highquality service delivery and client satisfaction by maintaining a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
Resolve client concerns issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
8. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams including recruitment marketing and operations to align business objectives and deliver integrated solutions.
Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
We are open to consider candidates with diverse experiences and background; however the candidate must fulfil the below criteria:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in recruitment with minimum 7 years of demonstrated success in team leadership and management roles.
Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
Full Time
