General:
- Continuously monitor and ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures within the Risk Business Unit.
- Provide comprehensive training and education to staff members, ensuring they are well-informed about the firm's policies, regulations, and quality expectations.
- Act as a key contact person for the engagement teams for their Risk and Quality (R&Q) queries and requests..
Risk and Quality Inquiries:
- Promptly receive and address questions and inquiries from the Risk team, covering various areas such as contractual matters, engagements, R&Q policies (including local and global policies), Salesforce Risk usage, new services / tools management.
Contract Reviews:
- Receive contracts from the client-facing team and coordinate with CRT for review of the terms according to the stage of the opportunity.
- Coordinate with the R&Q department head to obtain necessary sign offs and approvals.
- Effectively communicate contractual changes or edits with engagement teams, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Engagement Compliance Reviews (ECR):
- Participate in the selection process of sample engagements for review.
- Facilitate coordination between the file reviewer and engagement teams.
- Regularly follow up with ECR reviewers to monitor progress.
- Participate in ECR reviews.
- Actively contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) discussions.
Engagement Quality Reviews (EQR):
- Collaborate in the selection of sample engagements for review.
- Foster coordination between the R&Q team and engagement teams.
- Participate in the quality reviews .
- Engage in meaningful participation during Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) discussions.
Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE):
- Support with implementation and regular performance of required controls to maintain the quality management system of the firm.
