Production Supervisor Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate daily weekly and monthly production objectives to employees.
• Manage workflows by assigning tasks and preparing schedules.
• Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Oversee the safe use of equipment schedule regular maintenance and train new employees on machinery and procedures.
• Verify production output according to specifications prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical or manufacturing training strongly recommended.
• Minimum 23 years of manufacturing experience with a preference for candidates with group leader or supervisory experience.
• Experience in production planning is essential.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced planning and scheduling techniques.
• Proficiency in operating machinery and tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Familiarity with MS Word.
• Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions and guidelines.
• Capable of working in a fastpaced demanding environment with strict deadlines.
