Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate daily weekly and monthly production objectives to employees.
- Manage workflows by assigning tasks and preparing schedules.
- Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Oversee the safe use of equipment schedule regular maintenance and train new employees on machinery and procedures.
- Verify production output according to specifications prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Technical or manufacturing training strongly recommended.
- Minimum 23 years of manufacturing experience with a preference for candidates with group leader or supervisory experience.
- Experience in production planning is essential.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced planning and scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency in operating machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analytics.
- Familiarity with MS Word.
- Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently while following instructions and guidelines.
