Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT job market a strong network within the industry and a proven track record of successful placements. This role involves sourcing screening and presenting qualified candidates for various IT positions to meet the hiring needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards social media networking events and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct indepth interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills and suitability for the role.
- Administer technical assessments and review results with candidates.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and detailed candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT recruitment preferably in the US market.
